SPENCER’S ANNOUNCES THEIR WINTER MENU & NEW HAPPY HOUR TASTING MENU TO ENJOY DAILY 4-5:30PM!

Salt Lake City, Utah: — This winter —  Spencer’s for Steaks & Chops is delighted to share their new dinner menu, ‘Let It Snow’ winter cocktail menu, and a successful continuation of their Dinner Pairing Series happening on January 21st at 6:30pm - featuring a selected five-course meal paired perfectly with spirits from Sugar House Distillery!

Their new dinner menu, spearheaded by their talented Executive Chef Jared Maish, features creative dishes such as a Utah Potato Pavé, a clever take on the Utah classic funeral potatoes with whipped cheddar, and a Half Chicken with a pumpkin purée - these dishes, each unique in taste themselves, are designed to pair perfectly with their new Let It Snow Cocktail Menu featuring such delectable cocktails as: 

  • Sleigh Ride - A gin-forward cocktail with fresh lemon and Moët Impérial Brut

  • Under the Mistletoe - Their winter take on an espresso martini ft. Baileys and chocolate liqueur

  • White Christmas - Featuring vanilla vodka, creamy eggnog, and a crushed peppermint rim

  • Santa Pants - A zesty white cranberry and lime-forward cocktail to make the party festive

Along with these new menus at Spencer’s for Steaks & Chops, they are excited to continue their very popular Dinner Pairing Series! January 21’s pairing will feature Sugar House Distillery with a curated 5-course meal and whiskey pairing. “We’re thrilled to continue this special dinner series,” says Missy Allen, Director of Sales & Marketing. “It’s a wonderful opportunity to partner with local breweries and distilleries to showcase the perfect pairing!” The Spencer’s for Steaks & Chops Head Chef Jared Maish also adds: “Each Dinner Pairing we do allows me to be creative and use my years of experience in an intimate setting - this is going to be an incredible event you won’t want to miss!”

Spencer’s is also excited to add that their new Winter Menu officially launches on December 10th, and that they are hosting a new Happy Hour menu at the bar every day between 4:00-5:30pm. Plus, two new event spaces are available at the Hilton Salt Lake City for corporate reservations, meetings, and catering.
