SPENCER’S STEAKS & CHOPS ADDS NEW MENUS & DINNER PAIRING SERIES CONTINUING THIS FALL!
Salt Lake City, Utah: — This fall — Spencer’s Steaks & Chops is excited to share their new dinner & cocktail menus, plus a continuation of their Dinner Series happening on October 15th & November 12th at 6:30pm! All are available to be enjoyed this month!
Their new dinner menu, spearheaded by their talented Executive Chef Jared Maish, features creative dishes such as a Bone-In Short Rib with pink peppercorn juniper berry jus, and a Mushroom Pappardelle with an Intermountain mushroom bolognese - these dishes pair perfectly with their new Autumn Breeze Cocktail Menu featuring such fantastic cocktails as:
Pumpkin Patch Fizz - A cozy blend of cream soda, pumpkin spice, and sprinkled with cinnamon
Autumn Blush - A pomegranate-forward cocktail with Tito’s Vodka and Cointreau
Sweet As Pie - Featuring crisp notes of Key Lime Pie, pineapple juice, with/ a graham cracker rim
Smoky Bonfire - A s’mores-inspired mixture with coffee liqueur, caramel, and cream
Along with these new menus at Spener’s Steaks & Chops, they are excited to continue their very popular Dinner Pairing Series! October 15th’s pairing will feature Paul Hobbs Winery with a curated 5-course meal and wine pairing. Then, on November 12th, Spencer’s has created an extra-special pairing with local brewery T.F. Brewing for their first Dinner & Beer Pairing!
