SPENCER’S FOR STEAKS & CHOPS ANNOUNCES NEW MENUS LEADING INTO THE SPRING SEASON!
Salt Lake City, Utah: - This Spring season - Spencer’s for Steaks & Chops is ecstatic to share their new ‘Spring is in the Rare’ seasonal cocktail menu, along with their new dinner and dessert menus - featuring creative dishes brought to Salt Lake City by Executive Chef Jared Maish.
Their new dinner menu, spearheaded by their talented Executive Chef, features unique flavors and entrees such as a Branzino - farro succotash, a kohlrabi puree, to be paired with grilled squash. Also, a new Denver Cut 10oz Wagyu Center Plate. These exciting new dishes, each unique in savory flavor, will pair perfectly with their new ‘Spring is in the Rare’ cocktail menu. Featuring such luscious cocktails as:
April Showers - A smoothing mix of Beehive Gin, tart lemon, and honey syrup
Lemonade Stand - A modern twist on the classic, featuring lavender and aromatic rosemary
Spring Break - A tropical blend of coconut Malibu rum, pineapple juice, and fresh lemon
Along with these new menus at Spencer’s for Steaks & Chops, they are excited to add to their dessert menu a completely gluten-free and almond flour dessert: Almond Olive Oil Cake - created with house-made olive oil cake, cinnamon chantilly, and Queen Bee tea-infused strawberries.
