SPENCER'S FOR STEAKS & CHOPS WELCOMES THE SUMMER SEASON WITH NEW MENUS, A LOCAL BEER DINNER, AND COMMUNITY CELEBRATIONS
Salt Lake City, Utah - This summer, Spencer's for Steaks & Chops is excited to introduce a brand-new lunch and dinner menu, thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef Jared Maish and the culinary team. Featuring fresh seasonal ingredients, elevated steakhouse classics, and creative new dishes, the updated menus continue Spencer's for Steaks & Chops commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences for out-of-town visitors, downtown professionals, and the Salt Lake City community.
The new lunch menu offers guests refined midday favorites perfect for business lunches, celebrations, or casual afternoons downtown, while the refreshed dinner menu introduces new seasonal specialties to pair beautifully with their award-winning wine list and seasonally crafted cocktails - such as the Hiramasa Crudo with watermelon aguachile, radish, chive oil, and torn herbs.

"We’re excited for the locals and visitors to try these new items on our menu, whether that’s at our restaurant downtown or at one of the community events we’re at this summer!"
Continuing their popular dining event series, Spencer's for Steaks & Chops will partner with T.F. Brewing on Tuesday, July 22nd, for an exclusive multi-course Dinner Pairing. Guests will enjoy a specially curated menu paired with locally crafted beers, showcasing the collaboration between two businesses passionate about exceptional taste - tickets are available now for this event here.
