NEW DINNER MENU, LOVE IS IN THE RARE COCKTAIL MENU, & WHISKEY COCKTAIL PAIRING SERIES AT SPENCER’S FOR STEAKS & CHOPS!
Salt Lake City, Utah: — This upcoming month — Spencer’s for Steaks & Chops is elated to share their new ‘Love is in the Rare’ February cocktail menu, a new dinner menu, and another successful continuation of their Dinner Pairing Series happening on February 18th at 6:30pm - featuring a selected five-course meal paired perfectly with cocktails from Sugar House Distillery!
Their new dinner menu, spearheaded by their talented Executive Chef Jared Maish, features creative dishes such as a Beef Bourguignon Shepard’s Pie, Half Chicken, Sea Scallops, and a new take on their classic Spencer’s Burger - these dishes, each unique in taste, will pair perfectly with their new Love is in the Rare February cocktail menu, just in time for Valentine’s Day weekend. Featuring such delightful cocktails as:
Love Potion - Featuring Absolut Vanilia, muddled raspberries, Chambord, & juices
My Valentine - A creamy cocktail with Creme De Noyaux, Creme De Cacao, & Fresh Nutmeg
XOXO - A Amaro Nomino forward cocktail with Angel’s Envy Bourbon and fresh lemon juice
Blushin’ - Four Roses Yellow Label Bourbon with brown sugar, & Amarena Cherries
Along with these new cocktails at Spencer’s For Steaks & Chops, they are excited to continue their very popular Dinner Pairing Series on February 18th!
